Biography:

Dr. Yasir Waqas is working as anAssistant Professor in the Department of Physiology& Biochemistry, Faculty of Bio-Sciences, Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bahawalpur-Pakistan since 14th November, 2018. He has completed his DVM degree in July, 2011 from the ARID Agricultural University, Rawalpindiand MPhil degree in Clinical Medicine from the Department of Medicine and Surgery, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad in June 2013. Furthermore, he got his Ph.D degree in Physiology from Nanjing Agriculture University, China in 2016.  His primary area of research is reproductive Physiology. His research work includes investigating the role of oviduct secretions during long-term sperm storage in different animal models. Moreover, he has also worked on Nanoparticles (exosomes, endosomes, apoptotic bodies and multivesicular bodies) and their role in long-term sperm storage.
