Admission Requirements:
For admission in PhD Zoology a student must have completed M.Phil. in the subjects related to Biological Sciences (Animal, veterinary and medical sciences etc.) with minimum CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0 in the Semester System) or First Division (in Annual System) in M.Phil. or equivalent from a recognized institution. Admitted students will have to take deficiency courses if applicable.
Test fee:
Candidates will have to submit Rs. 1500.00 as an admission test fee.
GAT Test
TO CONSIDER THE GAT TEST/ENTRY TEST FOR M.PHIL. ADMISSIONS IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS

Subject Test:
A subject test conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS) must be cleared prior to admission for the PhD program. If NTS is not available, then a University Committee approved by Dean/Director in the subject area will conduct the test at par with NTS and qualifying score for this will be 70% as per HEC requirement.
