Admission Requirements:

For admission in PhD Zoology a student must have completed M.Phil. in the subjects related to Biological Sciences (Animal, veterinary and medical sciences etc.) with minimum CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0 in the Semester System) or First Division (in Annual System) in M.Phil. or equivalent from a recognized institution. Admitted students will have to take deficiency courses if applicable.

Test fee:

Candidates will have to submit Rs. 1000.00 as an admission test fee.

GAT Test

Food Technology, M. Phil Food and Nutrition, M.Sc. (Hons.) Home Economics major Food and Nutrition and M.Sc. (Hons.) Dairy Science and Technology, M.Sc. (Hons.) Food Safety and Quality Management, M.Sc. (Hons.) Food Service Management having CGPA not less than 3.0/4.0 are also eligible for admission with deficiency courses.
