Biography:
Dr. Muhammad Yar is working as an Assistant Professor (BPS-19) in the Department of Physiology & Biochemistry, Faculty of Bio-Sciences, Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (CUVAS), Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan since April, 2024. He has completed his PhD in Dec, 2021 from COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad campus. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience in renowned colleges of Pakistan. He is working actively in the field of computational chemistry with the focus on rational design of materials and solving problems in chemistry through computational tools. He has a total of 85 publications in his credit with a cumulative impact factor of over 394. His research work is multidisciplinary in nature and covers many interesting topics including Catalysis, Sensors, Adsorption, Non-linear optical properties, band gap engineering, Drug delivery, van der Waals heterostructures, Non-bonding interactions, Thermoelectric properties and Reaction in confined spaces.
