Biography. 

Dr. Muhammad Naeem Shahid is a Lecturer (BPS-18) in the Cholistan Institute of Business Administration (Cholistan IBA), Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Dr. Naeem got his PhD in Sustainable HRM from University UTARA Malaysia in June 2022. He obtained his MS in HRM from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan in 2015. Dr. Naeem is Editor of Suffa university journal of Business and Management (SUJABM). Notably, Dr. Naeem has published more than 15 research papers in local and international journals  Some of his research work has been published as a couple of book chapters from IGI global. He has attended and presented his research work in, USA, IBA Sakhar,  and other conferences in Pakistan.
