Biography
Dr. Huma Naz is serving as an Assistant Professor (BPS-19) in the Department of Zoology, Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. She is an academic and researcher with a strong interest in Zoology, aquatic biology, fish biology, and emerging environmental technologies. She is actively involved in teaching, undergraduate and postgraduate supervision, research activities, scientific writing, and academic project development. She aims to contribute to higher education and scientific research through interdisciplinary approaches that connect zoological sciences with environmental sustainability, biotechnology, and conservation. Her broader academic goal is to promote innovative, evidence-based research and capacity building in biological sciences, particularly addressing ecological, environmental, and aquaculture-related challenges relevant to Pakistan.
