  4. To enhance skills development and capacity building of veterinary graduates, para-veterinary staff, farmers, and youth through structured training and extension programs.
  5. To conserve, utilize, and improve indigenous animal genetic resources while supporting innovation and technology-driven solutions for national livestock development.
