Biography

Dr. Tahir Mahmood Qureshi is serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Food sciences, Cholistan University of veterinary and animal sciences, Bahawalpur. He did PhD from Norway and carried out research on the bioactive components in cheese. He has innovative mind and is eager to manufacture different types of food products. He also knows how to investigate health aspects of different food products as well as fruits and vegetables.
