Biography

Dr. KashifAkram, is Associate Professor in the Department of Food Sciences, Faculty of Bio-Sciences, Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bahawalpur–Pakistan. He has completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, major subject as Food Technology in 2004 and M.Sc. (Hons.)Food Science and Technology in 2006 from National Institute of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad–Pakistan. Dr. KashifAkram has earned PhD in Food Science and Biotechnology with distinction in 2012 from Kyungpook National University, Korea. He has written more than 60 peer reviewed research papers in well-known scientific journals with good impact factor. He is also author of five book chapters. He has presented his scientific work in national and international conferences worldwide. So far, he has produced around 20 postgraduate students under his supervision.
