Biography

Sannan Nazir is working as a lecturer in the department of Meat Technology, Faculty of Animal Production and Technology at Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Bahawalpur. He graduated as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He holds the degree of M.Phil. in Meat Science and Technology from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. During his M.Phil. he completed his research work titled ‘Effect of different concentrations of sodium chloride and sodium tripolyphosphate on physicochemical properties and sensory attributes of marinated broiler breast fillets’. He also served as Quality control officer in a well reputed Meat exporting company of Pakistan.
